Bruce Moquin Bruce J. Moquin is the founding paralegal of Tiger Legal Services. He is ready, willing and able to provide the legal services you need. He began his professional career studying Law and Security Administration at Algonquin College with the intention of becoming a police officer with the RCMP. Upon completion of college, he decided to focus his career on developing extensive experience in the corporate world.

Through his leadership time in the customer service field, he realized his passion was still for the law, but with a more service oriented focus.

Bruce pursued all the appropriate academic courses and is now able to offer all of the comprehensive legal services outlined on this website.

James Hardwick - Paralegal and Notary Public (ext: 202)
 
James Hardwick is a successful paralegal in regards to traffic court, landlord tenant board and providing professional, affordable representation to motorists charged under various provincial traffic laws, as well as landlords and tenants who need representation in front of the landlord tenant board. He has his P1 license and is in good standing with the Law Society.

Prior to, James worked for Ten years as a respite worker with Community Living helping various members of the disabled community in the southern Ontario region.

Laymen, unfamiliar with courtroom protocol and procedures are in good hands with Mr. Hardwick and have an economically more favorable choice to a lawyer. Though his main focus is defending clients accused of violating the Highway Traffic Act and the Residential Tenancies Act, James also has experience in all aspects of the litigation process including drafting pleadings.
